Job summary

Regional Finance in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive loan sales and deliver friendly, personal service in our on-site branches. You will lead growth initiatives, coach teammates, and help customers reach their financial goals.

This role offers a competitive base pay of $19–$28 per hour with uncapped bonuses up to $1,200 monthly and a clear path into leadership through our GOAL Training program.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a sales environment
• Cash handling capability
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Exceed branch loan sales targets through proactive outreach
• Build relationships across the loan lifecycle with tailored solutions
• Assist in training and coaching new team members
• Apply credit underwriting techniques to lending decisions
• Manage delinquent accounts (1–30 days past due) with outreach
• Ensure compliance and operational excellence in lending activities
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional products
