Regional Finance is hiring an Assistant Manager at our Tennessee branch to drive loan sales, build customer relationships, and train team members. Base pay starts at $19.00 to $28.00 per hour, with a bonus program offering up to $1,200 monthly based on performance.

The role is on-site with standard weekday hours and occasional overtime. Top performers can earn up to $72,640 annually in total compensation with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Exceed branch loan sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Build and maintain relationships by guiding customers through the loan lifecycle and recommending solutions.
• Assist in training and coaching new team members to foster growth.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to inform lending decisions.
• Manage early-stage delinquent accounts (1–30 days past due) with outbound communication and payment arrangements.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence in lending activity.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional products for informed choices.
• Multitask effectively to meet dynamic demands of the role.
