Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and branch-level loan sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through the full loan lifecycle.
• Assist in training and coaching of new team members to foster growth.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to inform lending decisions.
• Manage early-stage delinquent accounts (1–30 days past due) via calls, texts, and emails.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence in lending activities.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional products for informed choices.
• Multitask effectively to meet dynamic role demands and deliver timely service.
