The position requires 2+ years of related experience; leadership experience is preferred; forklift certification may be required. This role involves customer service and supervising associates to meet branch goals.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in sales, operations, electrical distribution or similar B2B industry.
• Ability to manage branch operations and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager and drive profitability using digital tools.
• Develop, train, and supervise associates.
• Manage customer service issues and key customers relationships.
• Oversee inventory control and warehouse housekeeping.
• Ensure branch safety, security, and asset inspections.
• Schedule staff and monitor operating expenses.
• Assist with deliveries and other branch duties as needed.
