Teachers Federal Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the branch manager in daily retail operations, develop member relationships, promote products and services, and ensure efficient service delivery.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 3+ years branch banking experience, and proficiency in Word/Excel. Notary commission within six months is expected, and Spanish skills are a plus. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and performance incentives.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of three years branch banking experience required as an individual contributor.
• Microsoft Word and Excel skills required.
• Commissioned notary or can successfully obtain a notary commission in the state where you work within six months of starting in the role required.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs routine branch opening, closing, member service, and other operational tasks and activities.
• Assumes responsibility for the supervision of the branch office during the manager's absence.
• Coach staff to cross-sell and track achievement against sales goals, and provide training on sales techniques.
• Helps branch manager in achieving financial, operational, and customer satisfaction goals for the branch.
• Resolves member or operational issues.
• Coordinates with other Credit Union teams to promote products and represents the Credit Union during community events.
• Supports portfolio growth by helping to identify opportunities to deepen relationships and increase member acquisition.
• Ensures members receive optimal service and monitor/adheres to operational controls.
• Utilizes various systems to access financial, and production reports to assess branch performance and to make business decisions to promote profitability as well as the achievement of goals.
• Ensures compliance with Teachers policies and procedures.
• Perform all duties inherent in the role of a supervisor.
• Perform other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor
