Responsibilities

• Performs routine branch opening, closing, member service, and other tasks.

• Coaches staff to cross-sell and tracks sales goals.
• Helps achieve financial, operational, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Resolves member or operational issues.
• Coordinates with teams to promote products and represent the Credit Union.
• Supports growth by deepening relationships and member acquisition.
• Ensures optimal service and adherence to controls.
• Access reports to assess branch performance and inform decisions.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
• Performs duties of a supervisor and other tasks as needed.
