Teachers Federal Credit Union in New York, NY seeks an Assistant Manager to support daily branch operations, develop member relationships, promote products, and ensure efficient service. The role involves supervising during the manager’s absence and coaching staff to meet sales goals.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, 3+ years branch banking experience, and proficiency with Word/Excel; notary commission within six months is required or obtainable. Spanish preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma required
• Minimum of three years branch banking experience required as an individual contributor
• Microsoft Word and Excel skills required
• Commissioned notary or can obtain within six months of starting
• Spanish language skills preferred

Responsabilidades

• Performs routine branch opening, closing, member service, and other tasks
• Supervises branch office during the manager's absence
• Coaches staff to cross-sell and tracks sales goals
• Helps achieve financial, operational, and customer satisfaction goals
• Resolves member or operational issues
• Coordinates with other teams to promote products and participates in community events
• Assists in expanding relationships and member acquisition
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures
• Performs duties of a supervisor and other duties as needed
