Job summary

Communication Federal Credit Union in Enid, Oklahoma is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, supervise staff, and ensure accurate teller and loan processes.

You will interview members for loan applications, resolve inquiries about products or services, mentor employees, and collaborate with the Branch Manager to deliver exceptional member experiences in a compliant, efficient environment.

• Experience guiding a team and supervising staff in a branch or similar setting.
• Background in customer service and cash handling within a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations in the Branch Manager's absence.
• Interview members for loan applications and assist with the loan process.
• Resolve member inquiries regarding products or services.
• Provide excellent member service and ensure accurate teller transactions.
• Mentor and supervise branch personnel when the Branch Manager is unavailable.

Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for overall operations and staff supervision in the Branch Manager's absence. Perform all essential function of any branch position as needed including processing transaction, loan interviewing, completing reports etc.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college level courses preferred.
• 3 years of customer service and cash handling experience.
• Previous experience with financial institution.
• Minimum 2 years in a team leadership role highly preferred.
