Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager for the Capitol Hill location in Oklahoma City. The ABM will oversee daily branch operations, ensure high-quality member service, and lead staff with a focus on risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.

The role involves coaching staff, achieving KPIs, and supporting sales and service goals while maintaining strong teamwork and adherence to policies. Flexibility to cover regional locations is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of branch operations supervisory/management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of financial institution experience.
• Willingness to cover staffing at locations within the region as needed.
• Flexible Monday–Saturday schedule.
• Proven ability to analyze, develop, manage, and improve processes.
• Proficient in PC use and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure professional and timely service.
• Mitigate risk by ensuring regulatory compliance with laws and internal policies.
• Manage cash audits and branch cash requirements including outages and limits.
• Support sales culture and reinforce best practices in service and consultative selling.
• Monitor branch KPIs and drive performance while ensuring ethical practices.
• Develop staff through coaching, shadowing, and performance reviews.
• Cross-sell products and services and connect solutions to member needs.
