Job summary

RBFCU Capitol Hill branch in Oklahoma City is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure quality member service, manage staff, and uphold compliance with policies and regulations.

The role supports branch leadership, drives KPIs, and coaches the team to deliver exceptional service. A bilingual Spanish/English certification can earn an extra $2.00 per hour upon completion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and at least 1 year of branch operations supervisory experience.
• Minimum three years of financial institution experience with risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to cover staffing across locations within the region and flexible Mon–Sat schedule.
• Strong communication skills, team leadership, and customer service focus.
• Proficient PC skills, Microsoft Office, and basic banking software.
• Commitment to RBFCU policies and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations ensuring professional and timely service.
• Mitigate risk by ensuring compliance with regulatory laws and internal policies.
• Manage cash audits, outages, and cash requirements at the branch.
• Coach staff to meet KPIs and branch standards; promote cross-selling.
• Address escalated member issues and manage complaint resolution.
• Support sales culture and maintain high-quality member service.
