Job summary

Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union in Edmond, OK seeks an Assistant Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, ensure compliant service, and drive staff performance. The role emphasizes fraud mitigation, coaching, and meeting branch KPIs while supporting RBFCU’s sales and service goals.

The ABM may assume AVP/BM duties in the Branch Manager’s absence and will have access to bilingual certification incentives, including a $2.00 per hour premium after completion of RBFCU certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of branch supervisory/management experience.
• Minimum three years of financial institution experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure professional, timely service.
• Mitigate risk and ensure compliance with laws and internal policies.
• Manage branch cash; handle outages, limits, and cash requirements.
• Coach staff to meet branch KPIs and uphold service standards.
• Promote cross-selling and articulate product value to members.
• Address escalated member issues and oversee complaint resolution.
