Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Account Director to oversee service execution and sales management for our customers. The role emphasizes maintaining client relationships, managing contracts, and driving profitability across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in facilities management or similar leadership roles, including multi-site oversight. Strong communication and regulatory knowledge are essential; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of facilities management or janitorial operations experience.
• Proven success managing service contracts, operational metrics, labor utilization, and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Operate as the day-to-day point of contact related to all matters specific to the accounts
• Develop and manage client relationships ensuring that service levels are achieved
• Negotiate contracts to maximize profit and oversee budgets with the Account Director
• Forecast and track sales results and prepare monthly/quarterly portfolio reports
• Travel to various work locations and assist in governance meetings with vendors and clients
• Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing teams
• Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts
• Provide leadership and convey SBM's vision and values to team members
