Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking an Assistant Account Director to oversee service delivery and manage sales to customers. You will be the main contact for accounts, build strong client relationships, and drive contracts and budgets to profitability.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in facilities management or janitorial operations, with SLAs, OSHA knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office and CMMS. Travel to sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of facilities management or janitorial operations experience.
• Experience managing service contracts, metrics, labor utilization, and customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices; ability to manage multiple sites.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for accounts and manage client relationships.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to meet service levels.
• Negotiate contracts to maximize profit and oversee budgets.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly portfolio reports for stakeholders.
• Travel to client sites and coordinate with site managers.
