Job summary

Qualifications

• Management experience overseeing multiple sites, client relationships, and budgets.
• Proven ability to manage service contracts and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Operate as the day-to-day point of contact related to all matters specific to the accounts.
• Develop and manage client relationships ensuring that expected service levels are achieved.
• Oversee customer account management and negotiate contracts to maximize profit.
• Collaborate with site managers to investigate and develop innovative practices of vendor programs for quality compliance, cost savings, sustainability, and efficiencies.
