Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in the United States seeks an Asset Management Business Partner responsible for lifecycle performance of assets, fleet management, margin analysis, and profitability across the BU.

You will coordinate asset processes with Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS, RVS and Finance, leading asset reviews and weekly calls to optimize ROA for over 188,000 vehicles worth $6.8B. Reporting to the Director of Asset Management, you will drive cross-functional collaboration and strategic asset

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Minimum 5+ years in Rental, Operations, Sales or related industry.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet performance, asset utilization and profitability across BU regions.
• Coordinate asset reviews, annual/quarterly evaluations and special projects.
• Lead communication with Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS, RVS, and Finance.
• Drive data-driven decisions on depreciation, ROI and asset lifecycle.
