Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Business Partner to oversee the life-cycle performance of assets across the BU.

You will manage fleet performance, asset redeployment, and coordinate with sales, rental, and maintenance to optimize profitability and ROA for over 188,000 vehicles and a $6.8 billion asset base. Reporting to the Director of Asset Management, you will influence multiple functions to maximize value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics.
• Five years or more experience in Rental, Operations, Sales or industry related experience.

Responsibilities

• Fleet management and asset performance analysis within the assigned geographic area.
• Provide direction and influence across sales, rental, maintenance, and operations to maximize assets.
• Lead asset reviews, manage asset calls, and coordinate across BU functions to optimize ROA.
