Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks a Client Services Asset Management Lead in Arlington, VA. You will oversee IT hardware asset management in a high-volume environment, guiding a multi-location team to deliver timely, accurate asset data and strong customer experiences.

You will drive program management tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, staffing and performance management, and lead initiatives to improve service quality while maintaining security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience performing IT hardware asset management functions and responsibilities in a large enterprise.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• ITIL v4 foundations certification and ITIL intermediate (Managing Professional, Strategic Leader or Practice Manager) required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day work activities of the team, including timelines, customer experience, and relationship management.
• Ensure deskside and executive support staff use tools to identify, document, track and resolve reported problems.
• Provide a productive and motivating working environment and address issues from customers.
