General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a Client Services Asset Management Lead to oversee IT hardware asset management in a high-volume environment. You will manage a large, multi-location team, focus on data analysis, budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and service quality to drive improvements.

The role emphasizes leadership of deskside and executive support tooling, strong communication, and the ability to address customer issues while ensuring productive work environments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Admin, or related field.
• 10+ years in IT hardware asset management in a large enterprise.
• One ITIL 4 Certification (CDS/DSV/HVIT/DPI, Strategist, MP, or SL).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform IT hardware asset management in a large enterprise.
