Job summary

General Dynamics - IT is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee IT asset movement, tracking, and lifecycle management across a global enterprise. You will lead supply chain activities for hardware refresh, deployment, and decommissioning, ensuring accurate inventory and timely delivery.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, strong vendor coordination, and collaboration with Engineering and Operations. Onsite location with a focus on efficiency and security in IT infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or 10 years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree.
• Clearance: Active TS/SCI with favorable polygraph.
• Experience in logistics management, supply chain operations, or IT hardware lifecycle support.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tech Refresh team activities, assess and track hardware across domains.
• Forecast demand, procure materials, plan production, manage inventory and costs.
• Coordinate with Engineering/Operations on procurement, RMAs, deployment schedules.
• Oversee provisioning, spares, warranties, and lifecycle planning for hardware upgrades.
• Develop and maintain logistics processes, policies, and inventory tools.
• Coordinate with suppliers, shippers, integrators, and end-users to ensure on-time delivery.
