Job summary

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for an Assembly Technician in Londonderry, NH. The role is full time with a possible contract-to-hire arrangement and 1st shift hours from 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Mondays to Thursdays.

You will perform electronic or electro-mechanical assembly, interpret technical specs, and execute wiring, soldering, and cable-harness tasks to blueprint tolerances. A HS diploma with 0–3 years of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, 0–3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations; may include skilled hand work or operating automated production equipment.
• Interpret technical specifications and documents.
• Follow wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing per blueprints; set up and adjust to tolerances.

Position Type: Full time, Possible Contract to Hire
Duration: 12months
Location: Londonderry, NH 03053
Schedule 4/10s Monday-Thursday
1st Shift: 5:00AM-3PM

As an Assembly Technician you will be:

• Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment.
• Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents.
• Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units.
• Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.

Ideal Candidate will have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: Between $20 - $21 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
