Innova Solutions is hiring a Manufacturing Technician for a full-time contract‑to‑hire position in Londonderry, NH (onsite, 2nd shift: 2:00 PM–12:30 AM, Mon–Thu). You will work with electronic, optical and mechanical assemblies and perform soldering as needed.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a repair field, proficiency with MS Excel/Word/Outlook, and a high school diploma or GED. You will document repairs, follow safety and quality procedures, and contribute to Lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a repair field or related experience.
• Computer skills including MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Soldering experience is required.
• High School diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

A client of Innova Solutionsis immediately hiring a Manufacturing Technician.

Position Type: Full time Contract, Contract to Hire

Duration: 12months

Location: Londonderry, NH 03053 (Onsite/2nd Shift/2pm-12:30am/Mon-Thur)

As a Manufacturing Technician you will:

• Working knowledge of electronic, optical and mechanical assemblies.
• Performs computer activities with programs provided.
• Strong attention to detail to accurately follow required rework.
• Demonstrated proficiency at documentation of repairs.
• Reports deviations from standard to appropriate resource for review, instruction and authorization and obtains quality inspection when appropriate.
• Work safely to prevent injuries and follow all safety regulations.
• Supports Lean manufacturing efforts through continuous process improvement.
• Maintains work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures.
• Applies considerable English language skills to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Cultivates a culture that assures effective cross functional team work.
• Performs job duties in a manner that complies with environmental, health and safety regulations, policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates ethical and professional behavior in accordance with company values.
• Consistently at work and on time.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Follow all safety measures.
• Ensure compliance with company and production department policies and procedures.

Ideal candidate will have:

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $23-$25/hr

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
