The role covers electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and optical areas with strong emphasis on troubleshooting and calibration. Soldering skills (J-Standard/IPC 610) and torque tool experience are required.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma with 6+ years of relevant experience or an associate’s degree with 2+ years. Onsite, W-2 engagement; referral program available.

Responsibilities

• Construct, troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain equipment per drawings and manuals.
• Perform calibration, alignment checks, and adjustments as directed; document data.
• Operate related equipment and report test results in prescribed formats.
• Use hand tools, torque tools; demonstrate soldering and QC skills.

Manufacturing Technician - Civil, Electrical, & Mechanical Engineering

A client of Innova Solutionsis immediately hiring a Manufacturing Technician. Position Type: Full time contract, Possible Contract to Hire Duration: 12months Location: Malabar, FL 32950 (Onsite)

As a Manufacturing Technician you will:

• Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.
• Assists in the design, construction, test, and check-out of test equipment.
• Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.
• Works from schematics, operating or repair manuals, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.
• May work with complex machines or computer systems.
• Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.
• Performs calibration and alignment checks; adjusts, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.
• Soldering skills required: J-Standard and IPC 610 certifications required
• Soldering sample test required for the interview
• use small hand tools.
• Torque tool experience required.

Ideal Candidate will have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.
