Innova Solutions is hiring a Manufacturing Technician for a 12-month contract in Londonderry, NH. The role involves assembling, aligning, and testing systems and subassemblies to meet specifications, with a 4/10s schedule and first shift starting at 5:00 AM.

Ideal candidates have experience with electronic, optical, and mechanical assemblies, basic computer use, and the ability to read engineering prints. Safety, quality, and Lean practices are emphasized throughout daily tasks.

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Manufacturing Technician.

Position Type: Full time contract, Possible Contract to Hire

Duration: 12 months

Location: Londonderry, NH 03053

Schedule 4/10s Monday-Thursday

Shift 1st Start time 5:00AM

• The Manufacturing Technician assembles, aligns, and tests systems, components, and subassemblies following specified work instructions and procedures to ensure finished product meets established operational and cosmetic requirements.


• Working knowledge of electronic, optical and mechanical assemblies


• Perform basic computer activities with programs provided


• Identify, utilize, and perform preventive maintenance on tools and test equipment.


• Demonstrate comprehension of engineering prints and schematics.


• Report deviations from standard to appropriate resource for review, instruction and authorization and obtains quality inspection when appropriate


• Support Lean manufacturing efforts through continuous process improvement


• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures


• Apply considerable English language skills to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals


• Apply considerable math skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.


• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.


• Cultivate a culture that assures effective cross functional teamwork


• Perform job duties in a manner that complies with environmental, health and safety regulations, policies and procedures


• Demonstrate ethical and professional behavior in accordance with company values

Idela Candidate will have:

• Computer literate.


• Ability to navigate a computer’s different software.


• Requires minimal job knowledge/skills.


• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of prior related experience


• LabView program experience preferred


• Demonstrated proficiency at operating 25%-50% of workstations as documented by training records
