Job summary

Innova Solutions is hiring an Assembly Technician for our Tempe, AZ location, onsite for the 2nd shift. The role involves electronic or electro-mechanical assembly, reading technical specs, wiring, soldering, and cable harnessing to blueprint tolerances.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent, 0–3 years of related experience, and J-Standard soldering experience. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with a 12-month duration and contract-to-hire potential.

Responsibilities

Job Description

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an Assembly Technician.

Position Type: Full time, Contract to Hire

Duration: 12months

Location: Tempe, AZ 85281 (Onsite/2 nd Shift)

As an Assembly Technician you will:

• Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment.
• Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents.
• Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units.
• Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.

Education & Experience

• Requires minimal job knowledge/skills. J-Standard soldering experience
• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range*:

$19-$21/hr
