Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking an Assembly Technician in Tempe, AZ for a full-time, contract-to-hire role. You will work 2nd shift (2:30PM–12:00AM; Fri 1PM–9:30PM), 9/80 schedule, performing a range of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly tasks with both manual and automated equipment.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma and 0–3 years related experience, with opportunity for W-2 engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations, possibly including skilled hand work or automated production equipment.
• Interpret and apply a variety of technical specifications and documents.
• Wire, install components, hand solder, and harness cables to assembly units per blueprint specifications.
• Set up and adjust equipment to maintain tolerances per specifications.

Position Type: Full time, Contract to Hire
Duration: 12 months
Location: Tempe, AZ 85281

2nd shift – 2:30PM – 12 AM; On Friday 1PM – 9:30PM Schedule is 9/80

As an Assembly Technician you will:

• Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment.
• Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents.
• Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units.
• Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.

Ideal Candidate will have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range: $20 to $21.45 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
