Innova Solutions in Londonderry, NH is seeking an Assembly Technician for a full-time, on-site role with a 4/10 work schedule (Mon-Thu, start time 5:00 AM). The ideal candidate will perform mechanical assembly, use epoxies, and read technical specs, ensuring precise torque and wiring work on small parts.

You will join a team that values safety, accuracy, and a strong work ethic, with opportunities for contract-to-hire based on performance.

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience

Responsibilities

Position Type: Full time, Possible Contract to hire
Duration: 12months
Location:Londonderry, NH 03053
Work Schedule: 4/10s Monday-Thursday
Start time: 5:00AM -3:00PM

As an Assembly Technician, you will:

• Responsible for performing a wide variety of -mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment.
• Use of epoxies.
• Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents.
• Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, Bonding application, Torque assembly tools working on small parts.
• Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $20 to $ $21/per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
