CVS Health Corporation is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop you into a future CVS Store Manager. The 16-week, self-paced training blends virtual and hands-on learning, guided by your District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

Participants gain exposure to customer care, merchandising execution, and inventory management while preparing for progressive store leadership roles within the designated market.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience or supervisory experience in a store setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication to support and lead a team.
• Ability to execute merchandising strategies to support store performance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with leadership during learning experiences to progress toward promotion.
• Support the store as a management team member and lead per CVS policies.
• Represent CVS values in daily leadership and customer interactions.
