CVS Health Store Manager In Training (SMIT) is a development-focused program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The SMIT program features self-paced, collaborative training over 16 weeks, with both virtual and hands-on learning, supported by your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach.

Anticipated weekly hours are 45, with full-time status and a pay range of $18.50 to $23.88 per hour.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication to lead the team.
• Experience delivering high levels of customer care.
• Ability to implement merchandising strategies to grow store sales.
• Experience managing store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
