The compensation ranges $11.00–$17.00 per hour with potential premiums, annual and quarterly incentives. Candidates who are bilingual (Spanish) are encouraged to apply, and a strong track record in leadership is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.
• ASE Certification desired.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members involved.
• Recruiting, testing, hiring, evaluating, promoting and disciplining team members under supervision.
• Train new team members and handle performance evaluations.
• Assist in the hiring process by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling and interviewing.
• Support store manager with safety compliance and staff training.
• Make sales calls with/without store manager; schedule weekly customer calls.
• Manage delivery fleet maintenance and ensure store is neat, organized; handle payroll and scheduling.
• Review P&L with store manager and identify opportunities.
