Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in sales, appearance, and operations to train for a future management role.
• Supervise team members and coordinate with district and store management on hiring and performance.
• Monitor KPI dashboards, payroll, scheduling, and safety compliance.
• Make sales calls and participate in weekly customer calls as needed.
