Responsibilities
- Assist store manager in areas of sales, appearance, and overall operations of store.
- Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members involved.
- Train new team members and handle performance evaluations.
- Assist in the hiring process and interviews.
- Support store manager with safety training and compliance.
- Learn to manage key components of gross profit and monitor KPIs.
- Review monthly P&L with store manager and discuss opportunities.
