Taco Bell is seeking an Associate Restaurant Manager (ARM) to assist the Restaurant General Manager and oversee operations during shifts. The ARM provides supervision of AGMs, shift managers, and crew, while upholding company standards for product quality and customer service.

The role offers leadership development toward RGM and includes hands-on training and coaching across departments. The ARM will manage financial controls, scheduling, staffing, and adherence to safety and labor regulations,

Responsabilidades

• Maintains fast, accurate service, positive guest relations and ensures products meet quality standards.
• Drives customer-focused culture and trains managers to meet service standards.
• Monitors and resolves customer complaints and ensures food safety standards are met.
• Develops and drives the restaurant annual operating plan and analyzes sales and labor data.
• Trains and mentors staff on financial analyses and profitability tips for the restaurant.
• Oversees HR activities including hiring decisions, Learning Zone planning, performance management, and employee relations.
