Job summary

Taco Bell / KFC seeks an Associate Restaurant Manager (ARM) to support the Restaurant General Manager. You will supervise operations, train leaders, respond to customer needs, and model strong service standards on all shifts.

The ARM develops staff, enforces financial controls, and helps drive sales and margins while ensuring food safety and quality in a fast-paced environment. Promotable to RGM within 18 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach hourly employees.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of operations during assigned shifts.
• Train and mentor Shift Managers and Team Members.
• Oversee HR activities including hiring decisions and performance management.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
• Manage scheduling, labor, and inventory within targets.
