Job summary

The Associate Restaurant Manager (ARM) at Taco Bell serves as the assistant to the Restaurant General Manager and provides additional management coverage of operating hours and direct supervision of operations in an individual restaurant. Focal points include driving excellence in customer service and maintaining company standards in product and facility specifications.

The ARM also oversees training, financial controls, staffing decisions, and screening of prospective employees under the RGM,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach hourly employees.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fast, accurate service and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Drive a customer-focused culture and train managers to resolve issues.
• Develop and drive the restaurant operating plan and margin targets.
• Oversee HR activities, scheduling, and crew staffing.
• Ensure facilities, equipment and safety standards are met.
• Monitor inventory and daily operations to ensure efficiency.
