Job summary

Taco Bell in Westminster, MD is seeking an Associate Restaurant Manager (ARM) to support the Restaurant General Manager by supervising daily operations and directing staff across customer service, food quality, and financial controls.

The ARM will train crew and Shift Managers, implement development plans, and promote leadership with the goal of advancing to RGM within 18-24 months. Responsibilities include HR tasks, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach and train hourly employees.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintains fast, accurate service and positive guest relations, ensuring products meet company quality standards.
• Develops and analyzes operating plans to meet margin and sales targets and trains staff on financial analyses.
• Ensures facilities and equipment meet company standards and manages scheduling.
• Directs HR activities including hiring decisions, performance management and employee relations, and develops leadership in Shift Managers and Assistant GMs.
• Achieves targets in customer satisfaction, revenue, labor control, and COGS; monitors KPIs and takes corrective action as needed.
