Job summary

ZRS Management LLC in Friendswood, TX is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing teams and help achieve occupancy goals. You will motivate Leasing Consultants, analyze market information and assist the Property Manager in daily operations.

Responsibilities include collecting rent, posting revenue, processing applications, auditing move-ins, preparing monthly reports, and assisting with resident events. Some weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong computer literacy and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to review income proof and applications per guidelines.
• Experience with property management software preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Motivate Leasing Consultants to reach leasing goals and improve performance.
• Collect rent timely and ensure revenue is posted correctly.
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed of local laws.
• Review applications and ensure compliance with qualifications.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all documents are uploaded.
• Prepare monthly reports and assist with budgeting and coding.
• Assist with resident events and renewals; may work one weekend per month.
