ZRS Management LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in leasing, budgeting and resident relations at our Texas community. You will help supervise leasing consultants, review applications, collect rent and prepare monthly reports.

The role requires strong computer, organizational and communication skills, with flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed. Prior property management experience is preferred, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of property management or real estate experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; higher education welcomed.
• Strong computer, math and reasoning skills and ability to learn software quickly.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and support Leasing Consultants in leasing tasks.
• Collect rent and ensure revenue data is posted correctly.
• File evictions and stay informed on local laws.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all documents are executed.
• Review and approve applications per community guidelines.
• Prepare monthly reports and assist with budgeting.
