Qualifications

• 1+ year of property management or real estate experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary related coursework preferred.
• Strong computer, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing, tours and resident relations.
• Collect rent and ensure revenue data is posted accurately.
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed of local laws.
• Audit move-ins and ensure documents are uploaded.
• Prepare monthly reports and assist with budgeting and coding.
• Troubleshoot resident issues and escalate to Property Manager.
• Support hosting resident events and maximize renewals.
