ZRS Management in Houston, TX seeks a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of multifamily communities, focusing on leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and resident relations while maximizing revenue and delivering excellent service.

You will lead leasing consultants and maintenance staff, coordinate work orders, set rental rates via market research, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate financial records. Flexible hours including evenings/weekends may be required.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract residents.
• Determine rental rates via market research and maintain competitive pricing.
• Hire, train, supervise leasing consultants, maintenance techs, and admin staff.
• Coordinate work orders, move-ins, and maintenance requests.
• Oversee lease renewals and maximize resident retention.
• Conduct property inspections for standards and local regulations.
• Maintain financial records and assist in budgeting and analysis.
• Resolve resident concerns and maintain a positive community atmosphere.
