Job summary

Crunch Fitness seeks a Personal Training Director in Training to lead and develop the PT team at a local club. You will personally service clients while learning the full scope of the Director role, driving trainer growth, enrollment, and an exceptional member experience.

You will support leadership development coursework, maintain company standards, and contribute to revenue and retention targets while preparing for Director responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Leadership development and trainer coaching experience
• Ability to recruit, onboard, and develop personal trainers
• Compliance with safety and company standards

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Personal Trainers at the location
• Deliver and coach personal training sessions and programs
• Support department revenue objectives and client retention
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance in company systems
