Fitness Ventures (Crunch Fitness) seeks a Personal Training Director in Training to learn the full scope of the Director role while continuing to serve Personal Training clients. You will support the department at the club, develop trainers, drive revenue and enrollment, and help deliver an exceptional member experience while building leadership, business, and operational capabilities for advancement.

The role emphasizes coaching, retention, compliance, and growth within Crunch Fitness standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Nationally accredited Personal Training certification (NASM or equivalent) required.
• Current CPR and AED certification required.
• ClubConnect education requirements fulfilled as per company standards.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute the full scope of the Personal Training Director role under supervision.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Personal Trainers at the location.
• Lead team meetings and 1:1s, providing direction and guidance toward goals.
• Coach Personal Trainers on session delivery, program design, and company service standards.
• Complete leadership development coursework and Director readiness on time.
• Model company standards and Core Values on the training floor.
