Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Texas is seeking a Personal Training Director in Training to learn and perform the full scope of the PT Director role while continuing to personally service PT clients.

You will support the department at the club location, develop trainers, drive revenue and enrollment, and deliver an exceptional member experience, with a clear path to full director responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Nationally accredited Personal Training certification (NASM or other) required.
• Current CPR and AED certification required.
• Interest in advancing into a Personal Training Director role.
• Experience delivering Personal Training or coaching preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute the full scope of the PT Director role.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Personal Trainers.
• Lead trainer meetings and 1:1s, providing direction and motivation.
• Coach Trainers on session delivery, program design, and service standards.
• Complete leadership development coursework and Director readiness requirements.
