Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Personal Training Director in Training to learn and perform the full Director role while continuing to personally service Personal Training clients. You will support the department at the assigned club, develop trainers, drive revenue and enrollment, and deliver an exceptional member experience as you prepare to advance to Director.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• NASM or Crunch Fitness Certification on the Crunch Certification Approval List is required.
• CPR and AED certification current and maintained.
• ClubConnect education requirements completed as established by the Company.

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership development and support trainer development at the location.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and development of Personal Trainers.
• Coach Trainers on session delivery, program design, client communication, and service standards.
• Complete leadership development coursework and Director readiness requirements.
• Model Company standards and Core Values on the training floor.
