Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Personal Training Director in Training to lead the PT team at a single club location. You will learn and execute the Director role while continuing to service Personal Training clients, developing trainers, driving revenue and enrollment, and delivering exceptional member experiences.

You'll support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing leadership development, while modeling Company standards and Core Values on the training floor to prepare for Director

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate leadership development capabilities.
• Experience coaching trainers and guiding client services.
• Commitment to advancing into the Director role.
• Familiarity with CRM and training program standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PT team and support recruitment at the location.
• Coach trainers on session delivery and program design.
• Ensure monthly revenue and enrollment targets are met.
• Maintain client documentation and monthly results reviews.
• Complete onboarding and ongoing coursework per company platforms.
