Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a Personal Training Director in Training to develop leaders, drive revenue, and deliver exceptional member experiences at a designated club. You will coach trainers, manage programs, and support ongoing training initiatives while personally servicing clients to build proficiency and readiness for the director role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current nationally accredited Personal Training certification (NASM or equivalent).
• CPR and AED certification current.
• ClubConnect education requirements completed as established by the Company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Personal Trainers at the location.
• Personally service Personal Training sessions and maintain active client base.
• Support achievement of revenue objectives and attendance targets.
• Drive client retention, results reviews, and enrollment performance.
• Maintain documentation, certifications, and compliance in company systems.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Company.
