Crunch Fitness is seeking a Personal Training Director in Training to lead and develop the PT team at an assigned club while continuing to personally service clients. You will drive trainer growth, enrollment performance, and member experience, preparing for eventual Director responsibilities.

You will participate in leadership development coursework, coach personal trainers, and support revenue objectives and local marketing initiatives, all while maintaining company standards and client

Qualifications

• Prior experience delivering Personal Training or comparable coaching services preferred.
• Demonstrated success building and retaining a personal client base preferred.
• Interest in and commitment to advancing into a Personal Training Director role.

Responsabilités

• Learn and execute the full scope of the Personal Training Director role under the direction of the Personal Training Director.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Personal Trainers at the location.
• Lead team meetings and 1:1 sessions, providing direction and motivation toward goals.
• Coach Trainers on session delivery, program design, client communication, and service standards.
• Complete leadership development coursework and Director readiness requirements on time.
• Model company standards and Core Values on the training floor.
