Job summary

Fitness Ventures (Crunch Fitness) in California is seeking a Personal Training Director in Training to learn and assume the full scope of the PT Director role while continuing to personally service PT clients.

You’ll support the PT Director at the club location, developing trainers, driving revenue and enrollment, and delivering an exceptional member experience as you build leadership, business, and operational capabilities toward Director readiness.

Qualifications

• The team lead/manager develops leadership and training capabilities, with a focus on program delivery and coaching.
• Competency in driving member engagement, retention, and revenue objectives.
• Ability to follow company standards and maintain documentation as required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute the full scope of the Personal Training Director role under supervision.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Personal Trainers at the location.
• Lead team meetings and 1:1s, provide direction and motivation toward goals.
• Coach Trainers on session delivery, program design, client communication, and service standards.
• Complete required leadership coursework and director readiness within set timeframes.
• Model company standards and core values on the training floor.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Nationally accredited PT certification (NASM or other)

CPR & AED certification
