Crunch, LLC is seeking a Personal Training Director in Training to learn and perform the full scope of the PT Director role while continuing to personally service clients. You will support the department at the assigned club, developing trainers, driving revenue and enrollment, and delivering an exceptional member experience.

You will build leadership and operational capabilities to advance to Personal Training Director, while maintaining personal client results and supporting overall department

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current nationally accredited Personal Training certification required (NASM or Crunch-approved).
• Current CPR and AED certification required.
• ClubConnect education requirements completed as established by the Company.

Aufgaben

• Learn and execute the full PT Director role under direction of the PT Director.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Personal Trainers at the location.
• Lead team meetings and 1:1 sessions, providing direction and motivation toward goals.
• Coach Personal Trainers on session design, client communication, and service standards.
• Complete leadership development coursework and Director readiness requirements within set timeframes.
• Model Crunch standards and Core Values on the training floor.
