Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Personal Training Director in Training to learn and perform the full PT Director role while continuing to service Personal Training clients. You will support the club's PT department, develop trainers, drive revenue and enrollment, and uphold an exceptional member experience.

You will build leadership, business, and operational capabilities to advance to the full Personal Training Director, balancing personal client results with department performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current nationally accredited Personal Training certification (NASM or other on Crunch Certification Approval List).
• Current CPR and AED certification required.
• ClubConnect education requirements completed as established by the Company.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent development and coach trainers, with onboarding and ongoing development.
• Coach Personal Trainers on session delivery, program design, and company service standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance of Trainers at the location.
• Drive department revenue objectives and enrollment targets.
• Ensure proper documentation, client records, and monthly results reviews.
