The LIT role emphasizes managing shifts, coaching team members, and ensuring compliant store practices, while delivering memorable in-store experiences for customers and patients.

Qualifications

• Three years in customer service or retail, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Must meet scheduling needs incl. varied shifts (mornings, days, nights, weekends).
• Reliable attendance and valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Understand and comply with Cannabis laws and Green Thumb policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations for compliance with security, inventory, and regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate actions with management.
• Manage deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs and in-store promotions.
• Handle cash processing, discounts, and cash control.
